The apratements are in bad shape infested with roaches they maintenance crew is very sorry you can put a work order in they will have u eating a week or two just to come fix what you are complaining about and they still don’t properly fix the issue and the maintenance crew to lazy to pick up all the debris like they suppose to would not recommend living here

Place is dirty, maintenance people are lazy. This place is roach infested. They spray painted the shower walls, and soap holder. The fake wood floor is peeling off. The outside is not maintained at all. Gutters are filled with leaves. Management is no help. They are very rude. Every appliance is out dated. The cabinets are old and falling apart. Counter tops are peeling. .

They are not what they say they are and the website has false information. These apartments are not kept up. The gutters are not cleaned out so it's like a waterfall when it rains when you try and leave. There are roaches and trash is everywhere. Nothing is ever cleaned up. It is super loud and some of the neighbors are not very welcoming. Supposed to be gated and it's not. People are coming thru fences and side gates are left open. The pool does not work and ceiling on the patios is falling in because stuff leaks. Black stuff coming out of vents. The price you pay is not worth it when they are

Did you read online on your favorite apartment site that Mira Lagos had immediate availabilities? Me too! Did you click on the check availability button and find the apartment floor plans and unit numbers that are available? Me too but BEWARE. The unit numbers attached to a particular floor plan marked as available is a generated unit number, not an actual available unit number. If you actually believe from the printed quote that there is a unit for you and fill out an application and pay the application fee, you too will be REALLY SURPRISED. The printed quote that tells you how much your apartment

Looked forward to living here. Unfortunately the many apartments that were online were unavailable since they don’t really update the website and they only had a one bedroom apartment available. I was told due to fire code I cannot have a one bedroom because I can’t sleep in the same room as my 2 year old. Haven’t had an apartment complex state that before to me. They did not allow us to see an apartment until a two or more bedroom apartment was available. Noticed as we were leaving they were showing a family an apartment.

At the time of visiting Mira Lagos apartments, I was a single mom with a 6 month old and I was told I wasn’t able to get a one bedroom apartment because the fire department required I get a 2 bedroom if I had a child with me. Saw online they had several 1 bed room and 2 bedroom apartments but was told they have only one 3 bedroom apartments that’s going to be several hundred dollars above price online. I let them know I could only afford a one bedroom and was told that the law is 2 bedroom and by looking at my pay I can afford a 2 bedroom.

The outside looks dingy and they post that they work until six, well then why when we showed up at 3 o clock was no one there to help us look at apartments and I drove out of the way to look at these for the price. They don't answer the phone either what a waste of time, very dissatisfied and don't plan to go back to inquire about renting after that.

I lived in Mira Lagos for half a year. The place is dirty everything is broken. When we moved in the dishwasher had mildew and management refused to clean or re place it it took maintenance 3 months to fix the screen garbage disposal....

This place used to be called Manatee woods. It's a nightmare. Set in a ghetto neighborhood. I don't have any good things to say about this place. It's dangerous. If I could give 0 stars I would, because that's what it deserves. They change the name because the place has such a bad reputation. If you value your safety, stay away. Pizza shops won't even deliver here after dark.
