Resource Property Management is a family-owned and operated Community Association Management Company. Founded in 1991 by Bob and Debbie Reinhardt, Resource Property Management has earned the distinction as a premier, Accredited Association Management Company representing over 350 individual condominium, homeowner, and manufactured home communities.

These fundamental principles established by our founders, Bob and Debbie Reinhardt, have paved the way to Resource Property Management's long standing tenure as the premier Association Management Company in central Florida.
Resource Property Management acts as a liaison and advocate for the communities we manage. We implement the policies set forth by the board of directors and assist the association in their three main areas of focus: governance, business operations, and building effective communities. RPM assists our clients in the areas of parliamentary procedure, compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and local ordinances.
Resource Property Management (RPM) provides timely and accurate financial reporting utilizing state-of-the-art software. Monthly financial statements are prepared by the 15th of the month and include a summary of the previous month's activity. As an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), we ensure enhanced financial safeguards and reporting standards.
