Stay clear of this company. The property was decent maybe a 3 out of 5. But management company leaves a lot to be desired maybe 1/5 stars. Dealt with multiple people through them over a span of 4 months. Was having problems with internet and cable, reached out to the company and was left to take care of schedule and getting comcast to fix the early 2000s technology provided to get the internet working myself. My family stayed at the property for 4 months. When moving out my wife and myself cleaned up pretty throughly. My children did leave a few stains on the carpet and the chairs. They also accidentally

Sarasota condo was not as advertised Jan. -Mar. 2020
We rented a condo thru Stringer for 3 months at $3K/month in advance. Property condition was not as advertised.
1. No TV or internet service first 5 days
2. Freezer did not work-refrigerator replaced first week.
3. Dryer vent not connected upon arrival.
4. Rusty kitchen utensils.
5. Other kitchen items very worn, unmatched, burned, etc.
6. Odds and ends unmatched linens.
7. Toilet repair-out of order 2 weeks due to leak.
Inconvenience of spending hours working with repair/delivery personnel when we were on vacation!! Stringer had repairs

Diane has been our leasing agent (through Stringer) at a residential apartment complex in Sarasota for a few years. She is VERY responsive and always produces quality applicants. I would not hesitate to hire her for any leasing or property management position.

As an out of state landlord who has used Stringer for over 10 years , I can endorse them as being very professional and expedient in finding great annual tenants for my single family home in Sarasota. They also manage it for me and it has been a very smooth relationship with Tanya there and also Ray Oliver who deal with any issues on my property.
I have never had a problem with any tenant sourced by Stringer.
Most of my contact with Ray is via email to deal with any matters that need my attention. Overall they handle any potential headaches and allow me to focus on my other business interests

We wanted to rent a home, 6030 Carlton Ave, for the month of October. For some reason, Diane Skelly wasn’t interested in renting it to us. We communicated through email, and I asked that she send us the paperwork to start the process. When I didn’t receive a response, I called her office and then her cell, leaving two voicemails. I haven’t heard a peep from her. I wonder if the owners are aware that their property manager is turning business away?

As a few people have already shared opinions on this management company I could not ever agree anymore on the fact that they are greedy and very money hungry! The most unprofessional, unreliable, unethical and severely lacks communication company I have ever come across.
I even at one point had to reach out to the homeowner regarding a few situations, the most important how Tanya created such a mess and claims to have not received my rent when I had the proof. The homeowner even thought that we had moved out due to the fact that Tanya had fabricated so many lies about us.

I own a property that Stringer has managed for 12 years. They found me a superb tenant and always handle issues and renewals efficiently. A number of different staff at Stringer have handled my property over the years and they always ensure the handover is seamless. After the hurricane earlier this year, they provided a quick update on the condition of my property.

This is the first time I write a review but after reading others I felt the need to share my experience. I dealt with Stringer Management for about 4 weeks. I was bounced around 3 different agents, each one telling me a different thing. They were all very unprofessional, barely returned my calls, did not explain how things would work. I wish I had researched this company prior to giving them any money and trusting them with my rental process.

We have rented our home thru Stringer Management for the last 3 years. We are great tenants, always taking care of the place. I can not tell you how great Dee Dee and Tanya are to work with. What ever needed fixed, they were there, whatever needed updated, they were there. Perhaps the nasty reviews listed below are all on how you deal with people. I have yet to experience that with them and can not say enough positive things about them. We will continue to rent through them in the future.
