Oakleaf placed a tenant in my property while they were in an active eviction. Clearly did no background check. Shortly after tenant moved in they stopped paying. Have incurred thousands of dollars lost in missed rent, damage to property, and attorneys fees trying to get them out as tenant knew how to work the system from every angle.
Another property Oakleaf was managing for me they rented to a known drug dealer and brought the rest of the property down to the point where I lost so much money I had to sell the place.
When I finally had enough and fired them had to fight for a long time to release
