I love this team! Very knowledgeable of the area. I had a lot of questions because this was my first home purchase which they answered quickly. Debbie took as much time with me as I needed. I never felt rushed. She kept me on track to reach my goals and I am so happy to say most of my wish list was fulfilled. She was also able to provide me with references of local contractors to make any changes I wanted. She guided me through the entire process, even attended the closing. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Anchor down makes the process so simple for buyers and investors. Came to them with a plan and Kristi and Nate acted on it quickly and professionally and made our dreams into reality. First helped us purchase a home, then made the transition so easy to turn the old house into a vacation rental. Told us everything we needed to do in order to get it started and anywhere we lacked they were able to pick up and get the job done in order to get it ready for season. They are great with communicating and professional in every aspect. Literally a one stop shop and I couldn’t of asked for a better team

I would not recommend there services. There company had us install at pool heater for the pool to make the property more appealing. After the 3rd party contractor installed the pool heater they reached out to say it now needs electrical ran to it so it will operate. We got several quotes to run the electrical and the prices are astronomical. Now we have a pool heater that doesn't run and are in bad predicament. Unprofessional and wouldn't recommend. Do your research and find another property management company that will look out for your best interest. This is not the company you want to do business

This was our first property in Florida and after getting in touch with a few management companies, we were just impressed how upfront, professional and cordial Nate, from Anchor Down was. Before closing and shortly afterwards, Nate ably guided us throughout the whole process on preparing the property for rental, onto screening and finding the best tenant. He was able to do all this in less than 3 weeks and we had a fantastic renter in place within a month from closing. Looking forwards to having Nate and his team manage another property, if we end up acquiring another one in the Manatee area.

The best property management company we’ve ever worked with. Nate has been professional, responsive and caring from the first time we spoke with him over the phone and all the way through leaving our property in his care. We are new vacation home owners! Nate and his team have been very helpful and patient, answering our many questions, as we got our place ready and available for renters. His knowledge about the industry has been incredibly valuable. We like that he is local and knows the area well. It is nice knowing that our new home away from home is being looked after as well as making money while we are away.
