My wife and I just sold our first home and bought our second.
As anyone who has done this knows, it can be a lengthy stressful time full of uncertainties.
However, Joe was a bright spot in this whole process. Not only did he call us back immediately after reaching out to him but he booked a time convenient for us right over the phone and then arrived to our house right when he said he would.
We received our report the same day by email that included pictures and it was detailed and orderly. Joe even called us the next day to go over the report to make sure we didn’t have any questions.
