Outstanding experience. Dustin at Caliber inspection was everything that you could want a home inspector. I used his company for two inspections and thanks to his professionalism, skill and integrity he revealed many problems with one of the properties which led me to reconsider purchasing it. He did not sugar coat or exaggerate anything he only explained what he found through honest and thorough inspection. He was very friendly but also very diligent and professional. I firmly recommend anyone in need of a home inspection use Caliber. They are fantastic.

I have been disappointed in the past with home Inspectors missing obvious issues and just rushing thru to finish. Dustin took the time needed, explained everything thoroughly and pointed out things i would not even think to ask about. I will definitely use his services in the future.

I had an inspection done by Caliber Inspectors and couldn't be happier. From the first phone call until when the inspection was done this company was very easy to work with. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. Dustin was on time, professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered every one of my questions. He had covers on his shoes, a mask and gloves.
