Bedbugs, roaches, and fees oh my! Don't rent here!
I worked with this site and can tell you that any review saying roaches, bedbugs, and fees are entirely correct.
Do not expect to receive an apartment like the walkthrough. Demand to see the apartment you're in or walk. This place is infested with German Roaches that no amount of pest control can fix and I was told multiple times to not tell applicants even if I saw several live roaches in the apartment we were offering them. I had to wait until they saw them and said something. They always did.
Pest control offered can't cover the thousands

Don’t live here. The issues have been endless. They make mistakes and blame you. Absolutely cannot stand it here. They’re the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in bar none. They could not care less about the people that live there and honestly spend more time and money into making it into a place that looks “ok” than actually making it an ok place to live. Will not be renewing our lease. Disgusting.

Ask for size of rooms if you have large furniture. I asked 5x said they would send it ran out of time never get it. Very small bedrooms barely fit a queen bed and dresser.
Check final pricing it may say $1052 but actually is $1143. Do not go by their pics they bait and switch if you can’t see apts out of state. Unless you get fully upgraded apt they look nothing like pics. My veneer is barely on bath cabinet and they said nothing they can do. Scratches all over doors, slippery tubs I have slipped in 2x .
They told me no neighbors out my patio grassy area, but I have 6 apts in my face. Over

I hate this complex. The front office staff lie to you and treat you like trash when you have questions because it is an inconvenience to them. They falsely add charges for things you don't receive and completely ignore their own documents that line out what is expected of residents. They don't follow up like they say they will and just hope if they ignore the problem it will go away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I would give a zero if possible. These people are crooks. They nearly doubled our rent because we needed to extend our 15 month lease to 18 months. They knew we had no choice because we had no where to go. They make up new rent numbers every month and demand more money. Meanwhile we are in the oldest dirtiest 1 bedroom unit in the complex while they are renting renovated units for less than what we are paying. They are terrible people. Shady, dishonest - someone should go in jail.
