East tower needs to learn manners. My mom was there 6 months. Manager changed right after she moved in and immediately the new assistant manager(grace) was after my Mom for having 2 cats which was approved by corporate. She paid a double pet deposit as well. The only time I heard from anyone was when the “social worker” Diane called betraying me for her apartment not meeting the cleanliness standard. She was found unresponsive and I only got an email from the manager. No phone call for that! They even had the nerve to be rude and unprofessional with my moms hospice case manager! If your senior

I am very upset with the way things have been handled at trinity towers. My mother has lived there for 14yrs and they have been doing renovations and moved her from the 4th floor to the 3rd for a month. when they moved her back to her original apt some of her belongings were broken and the didn't even paint her apt. on top of this she has been repeatedly displaced from her apt do to water being cut off for days at a time. My mother is not the only person this has been happening to and myself and my family are very angry,
