Princeton Parc Apartments

The staff is terrible. they don't help or listen to the residents. They have arbitrary decisions. I spent a year in this residence, and I regret it. I do not recommend living in this community with the current administration. The manager is so bad she kicked me out of the office. They prevented us from using the accommodation facilities such as the gym and coffee office without any warning and reason.

So i lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and the management changed recently and they’re terrible they never answer your call and inside the apartments you have the oldest appliances that hardly work and you always need Maintenance for.. Also the rent is always getting higher and the new management is terrible charging you extra for water and sewer and God knows what all in future but the prices are sure to go high.. and the most terrible thing that happened to us and i want you all to be very much aware of is that they charge you ridiculous when you move out and they don’t even have proof of

This was a great place to live, quiet people stay to themselves, even though very expensive. The reason of the low rating is the manager Casey at the front. In January I got a notice to resign my lease, so I go to the office to resign as I’m comfortable and really don’t feel like moving again. Well I go in and let her know I want to resign and she has me check off the option I’m taking whether 12 month or whatever other option is on there. I sign and at this time I let her know my roommate is gone and been gone since July of last year. She proceeds to tell me I can’t resign the lease without

I just moved into Princeton Parc two and half months ago thanks to Katherine who was exceptional and professional and kind. I wasn’t sure were I was going to move but with her guidance found the perfect place at the right time. Hugh two bedroom, two bath on second level and I love it! The view is great and you can walk anytime. It’s clean and quite and close to many shops. I also have a dog and he loves it too!
They have a lovely pool, the gym is great and the computer room. It’s a nice community!😊💕

Just recently moved into Princeton Parc Apartments. Absolutely fell in love with the grounds and the apartment itself. Very calm and peaceful, pet friendly, and great for walking around and enjoying the community. All the tenants I have met have all been super friendly and welcoming. The complex hold events like taco nights or movie nights. They even have these chairs and hammocks along the many ponds that can be found all over the property. Ms. Kathy has also been amazing throughout the process from start to finish. Very friendly and always there to answer questions. I would recommend this place

I've been living in Princeton Parc for four months and it is amazing. They have a beautiful, lake, and gym. Moreover, their service is amazing. Catherine is amazing and goes above and beyond with her duties

Catherine Huertas helped us find the perfect apartment in Princeton Parc Apartments with a lake view. The attention is profesional, warm, and welcoming. Princeton Parc Apartments has the best price per square foot in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area plus they keep all areas clean. My family and I are happy with the results of doing business with them.

Princeton Parc is the only complex that had all the important features I was looking for: Large apartment, washer dryer, large screened patio, separate private bedrooms, 2 baths, one with a walk in shower, big closets and well maintained. The staff go out of their way to help take care of our family of tenants and handle all maintenance needs quickly. Kasey, who is always friendly, manages the complex. Kasey has years of management experience and doesn’t miss a beat!
I also find it so comforting, that if I need any maintenance in my apartment , Tom will fix it right and I don’t need to be

We were there for 3 glorious months. Our apartment was on the first floor facing the lake. Great neighbors and lots of pets. Everybody was very friendly. The management staff was great and very accommodating.
The apartment was big and very clean. All appliances were pretty new. We had 2 bedrooms.
Plan to return this coming november.

My girlfriend and I moved into a second story 1 bedroom apartment here. This was our first apartment and we were very happy with it.
Here's a little bit of what comes to mind thinking back now that we have moved out:
Pros: The apartment was very spacious (especially for the price at the time). We had no issues with noise, though you could sometimes hear very faint music or tv noise from the neighbors if everything was silent in your apartment and you listened close. The staff here are great! They are responsive, the maintenance will take care of things within a day or two, and the pest control
