Moved in a week ago and love it here so far! We were welcomed by management and they have been so quick to get back to us with any questions and laid everything out flat when we looked at an apartment. They helped us every step of the way! Chassidy, Irving and Katie are all very kind and made this transition so easy for us! Love the dog park for my pupper, which they welcomed to our new home as well! Can't wait to use the pool, gym and tennis courts! We did have a leak under the kitchen sink when we first moved in but I called the office and maintenance took care of it before we were even home

I cannot express enough on how much I love it here. Its a quiet community. I love going for my walks around the place. I can sit on my porch and enjoy it. It is so peaceful. Its close to shopping. The office staff is very kind and usually helpful. If you do not like maintenance entering your home while you are not there they do a great job of respecting that. The complex has nice amenities. This place isn’t the worst for the day to day, but if you need anything from management you will get frustrated. Mrs Chastity seems to take a lot of pleasure in telling you that you’re screwed. Quite frankly nauseated, she should not be in any line of customer service. She stays smiling when she knows she’s throwing a huge hurtle in your life. The issues I’m referring to are policy changes that don’t get communicated, so when you go to the office having spent hundreds or thousands of dollars she tells you did something wrong when you’ve followed all the instructions you were given.

I've lived here for 5-6 years and the current management is the best management I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The maintanence team is quick to respond. Just like most mid-range apartment communities, some shady characters slip through the cracks and find their way inside but this management team is phenomenal and doesn't tolerate illegal activities. They truly care about the community and its residents.
