I absolutely adore Pitas Columbia! I get a gyro platter with a Greek salad and fries usually, but I have had a handful of other menu items and all are fantastic. The service is great (some of the waitresses know me by name at this point since I come in so frequently) and the meals are reasonably priced for the quality you're getting. Seriously my favorite place to grab lunch in Columbia!

Delicious food. Always tastes fresh and light. I eat here when I work downtown. Maybe twice a month. Service is fast so it’s perfect for lunch. Nice sized proportions also perfect for lunch. I like the lamb pita, tahini wrap, and Lebanese wrap. All come with a side, I recommend the pasta salad (although the side salad is good too). I would highly recommend Pitas.

In from out of town visiting our son. Checked Yelp and my son and it was rated great. They were not wrong.
We started with grape leaves and starter platter both fresh and crisp.
Wife had the gyros plate which was very tender the best she has had in a long time. My son had the lamb platter and found it very good. I had the mixed grill which was also excellent and could only eat half the serving. I will surly stop agin next time we are in town.

This is my first time visiting. I just came because it was close by for lunch and the reviews were good. I was excited to try the grilled chicken plate. However, the chicken was so tough. I couldn't even chew it. I had to spit it out. The yellow rice was flavorless I had to add salt and pepper. The tzatiki was decent. Not the best but not the worst. The only thing that was good really was the Greek salad. I'm disappointed I wasted my time and money for something I could not eat.

Tried this place for the first time last week. Waitress was super sweet and fast. Food was delicious. I enjoyed the hummus! It's smooth and delicious. Dot like having to pay extra for pita bread though. The pita is delicious though! Although the restaurant is old it's clean and the food is fresh. I'll be back for sure!

I stopped here for a quick meal before a concert across the street at Township Auditorium. I ordered a Gyro Platter, which has a bed of rice under the lamb (no pita), salad and tzatziki Sauce. I planned on only eating some of the rice (I'm diabetic), but it was so damn good. I left with the plate clean. Great serve, friendly, quick and very attentive without being overboard. Highly recommend you stop for a bite.

I liked the open space for dining and you can see right into the kitchen.
I loved the contemporary dinnerware but they could upgrade the paper napkins to a nicer quality to match.
The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. They got all 5 orders correct.
I got the Sampler Platter appetizer (sans tzatziki sauce to make it vegan) and they immediately offered me more of another side (Wow! No one does that) so I got extra veggies which was awesome because I used the sliced cucumbers instead of the pita bread for my hummus and baba ghanouj. I thought everything was very tasty and the tabouli

When you have a craving for the freshest Mediterranean food in Columbia, Pitas should be the place that pops up in your mind.
The Greek Pizza and Gyro are two of my favorite items on the menu. The pita bread is amazing (made in-house). Tzatziki is always a great choice, too. Sweet tea always tastes great.
Prices are incredibly on par. A couple can easily eat for $20-25 and walk away full.
Parking is easy and free in their private lot, but can get tight during the busy lunch hour. That being said, there are 10+ street meters adjacent to Pitas always available for overflow parking.
