Neighborhood is quiet , various events are held for residents throughout the year. My only complaint and reasoning why I cannot give 5 stars is the online pictures does not match how the apartments actually look . Which is very misleading cause the apartment that you are able to view before signing a lease is also renovated. I was told I would have a renovated apartment to arrive on move in day with carpet in the living and dining area (online and viewing had vinyl floor) Some apartments are up to date and some aren’t you don’t know until move in day

This holiday season the staff of Signature Place took a huge load off our plates. They wrapped ALL of our Christmas gifts and we had a lot!! They did a fantastic job, they look so beautiful and professional and we were not charged a dime! I thought they would get tired of us or put a limit but they did not. They even labeled them and provided to/from tags. You guys ROCK!

Signature place apartments is a very nice place to live! Its very family friendly, my wife and kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area. It also has a pool which the kids loved! It’s just an all around great place.

I toured this community with my friend the other day. Emily showed us a two bedroom apartment and showed us the community. Such a great experience. at the end of my lease I’m definitely going to reach out to this place for availability first.

The community is really nice and quiet. The office staff are really helpful and very nice which is actually hard to come across these days. The location is convenient being right across from Vidant too

I enjoyed my apartment but I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I got during my time here. Most of my frustration comes from the Community Manager. Every time I spoke with the Community Manager, she was very unhelpful. I tried moving out of my apartment early due to another job opportunity somewhere elsewhere. When I tried communicating that with my community manager she was not clear about the steps I needed to take. It was December at the time and I tried moving out by February 20th. She left the impression that I only needed to pay for Dec, Jan, and Feb's rent + $2500. I then later found
