A close friend was discriminated against by a staff member at this company. He was approved for an apartment yesterday and even signed the lease. Went in today to pick up keys and pay rent and was then told that he no longer qualifies for the apartment. Then they tried to steer him into another property that was in a less desirable area, sounds like a complete fair housing violation. I advised him to call the fair housing office. It is 2020 not the 1950s. I know all Licensed Real Estate holders and property management staff have multiple trainings on Fair housing and discriminatory practices yearly

Wasted my $45 ! It’s been over 2 weeks since I did an application & I had to keep calling over & over . When I finally did get in touch with someone she told me it was denied & failed to tell me why . He didn’t ask for proof of income or anything . When I went to view most of the homes they were dirty with roaches laying on the stove , in the fridge & rooms . WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVERRRRRRR DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM .

They have roaches and the stuff they use to “kill” them is not worth you leaving your home for a hour .. never had a problem with the customer service but as far as them keeping there apartments up they do a very poor job at it my whole apartment complex is infested . No matter how much you clean they stay coming back . Also had a problem with red ants in my bedroom when i first moved in .. i wouldn’t recommend wasting your money for the application fee or even moving in one of their units currently moving in the next week will never rent from them again

Me and my mother tried to get an apartment we were interested in.the guy did not even make copies of our proof of income and did not not let us fill out of application fee money order.i called to check on our status of the application and told me we were not approved but couldnt tell me why.they give places to whoever they want to and do not give people a fair chance.thumbs all the way down.

Never called to tell me the outcome of of my application . When I had went in to fill out the application the gentleman was very hesitant to even give me an opportunity to ask questions when I finally did call them to find out the outcome I was told that I was not approved and that I would have to call back in two days to find out why because nobody could tell me but one woman in the whole establishment. I hate that I even wasted 42$(all the cash I had on me because “the app fee went up at the first of the month” even though on their website it said 40$) Don’t even care that I wasn’t approved

This realty company has very poor customer service they were very rude to me when I called to inquire about a home. Instead of telling me I have the wrong number the gentleman I spoke with said "I don't know what you're calling us for" he proceeded to go on and say "he doesn't know what kind of number that is." He was a very rude man, he was no help at all and then he stayed on the phone just listening after I said "ok, sir thank you!" I do not advise anyone to do business with this company until they learn customer service .

I filed out a app for them about a month ago. after paying my app fee no
one call ever call me to let me know if i was approved or not now. I have waited and i am not withing any more i think i will get a law to help me out with this because by law you have to call someone and let them know . I feel like he just waited my money that day
