Call the office, submit the ticket through the resident portal, visit the office, or email us at leasing@campustowers.com. If it's after-hours call the leasing office (252) 752-2865 and when the voicemail prompts them, press option #2 for after-hours maintenance, and someone will call them back. If it's during business hours, call and our staff will assist.

Stayed here for 3 years, once the staff all changed everything went down hill. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is for the original staff that went above and beyond! Workers in the front office never want to do their job, good luck getting a guest pass when they are given out days in advance when before it had to be the day the person was arriving (and yes there will still be parking spots open yet somehow there is are no spots available), any maintenance request have taking extremely long to get attention, even then are not fully completed. 3 weeks to get 2 light bulbs changed, then only one was

Being a resident at Campus Towers has been above and beyond my experiences with other properties. The staff made the move in process easy by being so welcoming and helping me in every step. The staff gets to know you on a name basis which means a lot to me in being a renter. Campus Towers has the best location being a easy walk to downtown and ECU’s campus. The amenities included is worth every penny! The one bedroom apartment is more than enough room to love, add personal touches in decorating, a big walk in closet, and make it personalized. In the outside area, I absolutely love the hammocks

Constant issues with things breaking, unresponsive staff, and no morals. Something will break, you ask to get it fixed, and get met with a "well... I don't handle that..." or "uh... this is a new system, so..."

Campus Towers is beyond the greatest apartment complex for ECU students. As I was searching for my first apartment, my parents reminded me of the phrase, "location location location." Campus Towers has a superior location. You can roll out of bed and instantly be at the Recreation Center, uptown Greenville, or to class. The management is phenomenal and always responsive to issues. The maintenance staff is perhaps the most amazing feature of this apartment complex. Any issue I've ever had has been addressed in it's entirely in a matter of hours. In the last few months, they have begun updating!
