1. Maintenance is amazing, they get on the job right away.
However, Photos in the picture gallery on the website are COMPLETELY different from what we received in person from the flooring to the counters, They also put us in a handicapped unit with the bars in the bathroom, and did not let us know anything before we moved in. I feel this unit should have been saved for those who actually needed it. They also never showed us what our unit looked like before we got here. Everyday when locking and unlocked the doors it is a fight because the locks don’t move smoothly (it’s annoying). The carpet

I put the request for our kitchen drawer to be repaired sometime in the evening, definitely after 6pm. The entire front of the drawer had come off. I thought it would take a day or two, at least. They came the very next day, first thing at 9am and took it with them to repair. It was done by noon when I came home from work for lunch. It was beautifully repaired.

I have lived here for over a year now and I just love it. it's a very quiet and peaceful place when you're in the back. I feel like I live in the woods because there so many trees around us and the Woodland setting is beautiful. The grounds are kept up nicely and anytime I need maintenance they are right there to help me.
