This place is incredibly small for the price they charge. There is a very tiny parking lot. You get one assigned space but your neighbor is going to door ding you at least 4 times leaving nice dark grey marks on your brand new white car. And the leasing office will probably give away your parking space and offer no solution to the problem (if you can even get a hold of them). Visitors will park directly behind your car so you can’t back out of your space. After putting in my notice that I’m vacating the apartment, I called multiple times a day for weeks and got not answer, no reply to email
