Amenities Report

Our community permits for a maximum of two (2) vehicles to be registered to a single apartment and parked within the community at any time. Residents are required to register their vehicles with the apartment community office if they wish to be parked on the property. All vehicles are required to be properly licensed, be in good running condition, and must be parked appropriately in clearly marked parking spaces.

We’ve been here since May 2021 and have had a great experience. Just wanted to say thanks for management and their team for keeping the roads safe from this past winter storm. I’ve seen them working all day and into the nights trying to keep the roads cleared from snow and ice. Much appreciate!

Went to apply and view a unit yesterday I got their at 4 right after work but the office was closed though their posted hours are 8-5. Now they won't answer calls I've called 6 times

High turnover of management leads to lapses in communication. I lived there for five years and interacted with 5 different managers. This caused repair requests to either be forgotten or ignored. Parking can be very difficult to find in the evening.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. These people are awful about communication and will not meet your needs. They also will charge you 10 months rent for a 9 month contract because they won’t let you move in at the beginning of the month, making you pay a prorated rate for what should be considered the second month you live there, so they don’t even count your first month as part of your contract but still take your money. If you want to live here, save yourself the money and trouble, just punch yourself in the face to get the same feeling you’d get for living here.

Don’t live here, management is terrible and will charge you a bunch of stupid random fees when you leave when they told you to “lightly” clean the apartment when you leave and still charge you. Greedy people and the apartments get mold easy and the carpet is terrible and they didn’t even replace it when we left for the next person. Do not recommend this place to anyone

Tried leasing with them, they had horrible communication and left me out to dry. I was suppose to lease and they gave the unit to someone and never called me back. Could be a great place to live, but poor customer service.
