Tricia at the front office has zero customer service skills and is rude. The grounds are dirty, the trash and recycle are constantly overflowing on to the walk way and it smells disgusting. They always comment on poor reviews “please call us to discuss your issues” but if you call they WILL NOT answer or call back. If you have any issues you better get over it because they do nothing to help you in any way, billing, maintenance or neighbor issues. The management at this place is horrible.

This place has only gone downhill ever since Targa took over. The management staff never picks up the phone. They barely respond to emails. And this has been true of every single new manager for the last 2 years. The maintenance crew is a joke. They couldn't even fix my heater. Had to hire a specialist to find out it was clogged. We've been waiting to hear back from them over a couple if issues now. And now they suddenly add extra charges to our rent without any explanation. I'm sure management will just give a lazy response to this but never make actual effort to resolve anything.

DON’T LIVE HERE
Management will never e-mail you back or follow up on anything with you.
The garbage is always over flowing.
Absolutely atrocious customer service.
Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere. This place is a joke and a waste of your money.
The grounds are not kept up well.

Place was okay in the beginning but now it’s gone downhill. No one answers the phone in the office. We can’t even get anything fixed around here in a timely manner because maintenance has been short staffed for over a year. Takes them a year at the most to fix something and 3 months if your lucky. Gate never works. No one cleans up after their dog. Ants and spiders in my apartment since summer started. Would not recommend.

What they say and do are two different things. I lived there for two years. Maintenance could never fix my stove correctly. Called 4 times told me to go buy a new coil for the burner. I did still didn’t work. Management was awful. Would lie and say oh we will get that handled never did. I did love the layout of my apartment. However when Targa took over the complex went downhilll. I wouldn’t rent from them again.

I love living at the heights, I have found that the community is pretty quiet and clean and that the staff are very responsive and professional. Maintenance always tries their best to get to issues in a timely manner. So far I have no complaints!

The view is nice and the property is very well maintained. The maintenance staff are by far the kindest people I've met.

The Heights was bought out and in May 2018, Targa Real Estate took over running the place. Things have gone downhill fast. The only competent person working there is the maintenance man. The lady in the office is clueless and useless. Takes her forever to do anything, if it ever gets done at all. They old staff was nice and friendly and knew everyone by name. Not anymore! They have raised the prices substantially. Now you have to pay your water separately, it used to be included in your rent. No more military or senior citizen discounts. Never had to pay pet rent, but now they nail you

I lived there for many years and LOVED it! The staff was amazing, professional and kind.

Then.... it was bought by a new company Targa Real Estate Service - they got rid of all the old staff and just one short month they have turned the place to utter garbage.

The woman is the office is incompetent unprofessional, unreliable and absurd.

They couldn't find my contract or my months of saved credit. They couldn't remember anything about my situation- which was not complicated- despite me calling time and time again to resolve the error THEY made.

Since they couldn't find my contract

Great complex. The management and maintenance staff name it worth living here. They are so helpful and nice ! The spa was open year round. This was by far the best living experience we had in Washington state. The apartments are nice and very well kept.

I absolutely love living here! We have been here for 2 years and wouldn't live in any other apartments. If you are looking for a place to live, look no further. The Heights is the best place to live in Puyallup. Why? For these reasons:

1. Management - They know you by name and work with you to make your living experience the best. I check in often to say hi and get life updates (and maybe grab one of the free fresh cookies that are always made there). They are approachable and get work orders in and done within 24 hours. And my rent barely goes up each year which makes it easy to keep to
