1 star is even to many stars. Stay away at all cost from this moldy rat infested complex. My family of 3 lived here for 9 months and had to leave due to the mold causing health issues management will do absolutely nothing to fix the problems any time you even go to the office the blonde manager will talk to you with no respect. Maintnance tells you to open windows for air flow (mind you it was fall/winter when we lived here can’t have windows open with a baby) or wash your walls with bleach and if they had proper knowledge they would know bleach causes mold to grow more. Absolutely stay away

It's okay if you are looking for a quick move. No washer and dryer in units. Very small apartment. Washer and dryers located on site are usually broken and when you ask about it, management may or may not be kind. I've stopped talking to management since all I get are quick, uninterested replies, or made felt like I'm stupid. One of the managers is kind, the other...well...laundry area is okay for a quick load maybe 1. Nice apartment overall.

Personally had no problems with the apartment. When the maintenance guy Jeff was there anything needed to be fixed was fixed correctly and quickly. Heard all the horror stories about management. But personally never had one single issue with them. The assistant Roseanne was so warm and personable. And if there was anything I needed it was addressed right away. Yes parking is a nightmare. But thank got I only had 1 vehicle.

DO NOT RENT UNIT 14C****2nd Hand Smoke!!
The downstairs tenant has lived there for at least 12 years and smokes in his apartment. The smoke constantly flows up into the upstairs unit 14c. I was told the issue was fixed before I moved in, but that was a lie.
My doctor told me that my asthma had gotten significantly worse because of this and that I needed to leave. My doctor gave me a note allowing allowing me to break my lease. When I gave it to Cindy the office Manager, she responded unprofessionally. She was rude, she hung up on me, and in retaliation of me legally breaking my lease Cindy billed

This place sucks! There's no playground for the kids to play at so they're always playing in the street which is dangerous! The washers are as small as the floor plans, causing one load to be two. Not to mention the hideous over painted walls and ants that crawl on them! Don't even think about waisting your time! Moving asap!

I sincerely DO NOT recommend anyone to move here!! Both the leasing consultants are extremely RUDE! The apartments are old and need to be remolded, as they are filled with mold, old chipping paint, cracks in the window panes, and old thin carpets. My front door must have had the locks changed soo much that the lower part does not stay on, as the screw are loose, it eventually falls off and/or prevents me from shutting the door. My garbage disposal works ONLY AFTER I flip the switch 5 times or so!! They claim you cant smoke on the property, however, my apartment constantly smells like a NEWPORT

Just rented an apartment. The staff was so nice. The place is great. I can't wait to move in. I've really looked around. It was like this was meant to be. The morning of signing papers at one place they told me no pets. (very small Yorkies) after someone said it was fine. Scrambling to find a place in 9 days with dogs. Looked at real dump in downtown Puyallup, one bedroom 875.00, Mold on windows, broken windows.. it should be torn down. Didn't even go into the office. Works out for me and my puppies. Ground floor and grass. This was meant to be!!!

Management sucks. The place looks like a dump. Parking is God awful atrocious. Every neighbor around me blares music, bangs stuff around, has constant parties, and constantly invites people over who take over what little parking spaces are available. Not to mention my apartment has a stained to hell carpet that suddenly started to show -after- we moved in, we never even got a cistern lid to our toilet after months and months of waiting and asking, the pain peals everywhere, the walls towards the back of the apartment are coming apart where they connect to the floor, there are putty marks -everywhere
