I'm Jen, owner of Upward Spiral Fitness & Nutrition Coaching. I'm a Personal Trainer with a passion for empowering women (and a few select men!) to be the best version of themselves. I want you to feel strong and confident in your body. My approach focuses first on feeling good; improving mood, sleep, digestion, energy, performance in the gym and at work, and truly optimizing the lives of my clients.
My mission as a coach is to start where you are with your current fitness level and help you get to the next. If you are unclear on your goals, I can help you construct your fitness journey. There are 168 hours in a week and I am with my clients on average only 2-3 of those hours; the rest of the week you are on your own.
