Like you are frustrated with what you see in the mirror or struggle with lack of confidence. The team at Feed Your Soul Fitness would like to invite you into our incredible 28 Day Challenge that will make an amazing difference in your health! Our community is supportive of those with existing injuries and limitations, like bad knees, shoulders, back or hips, and our workouts and Stretch Classes offer modifications so you feel successful.
Most people want to get to know others that are like-minded for fitness and wellness, so they seek out our community. Let's face it, working out alone is not fun or motivating. Imagine having a coach lead you through a safe and effective workout where you don't have to worry about thinking "what do I do next?".
When you join the Soul Fit Coaching program, you will be individually paired up with your coach who genuinely cares about your success, and is there to keep you on track and motivated, and help you through the rough patches. Had a physical injury that prevents you from exercise, but you still want to lose some weight.

Over the years I've joined many a gym and I really love this one! The thing that's always kept me from being consistent with working out is a feeling of overwhelm and intimidation that I've felt at other gyms- that is 100% not present here. Everyone-the owner, the trainers, and the other members is so welcoming, encouraging, and easy going. There's a very obvious lack of judgement and comparison which is such an important, and unfortunately all too often absent, characteristic in a gym.

The LIVE workouts and Healthy At Home Portal offered by Feed Your Soul Fitness has saved me during this pandemic. They have extremely knowledgeable and thorough coaches that can help with any modifications where you can choose to get the amazing community connection but with no pressure. They have multiple class times to choose from throughout the day/evening and yoga, YAY! If you don't have weights at home it is ok, they will give you suggestions as to what to use around the house. It's stress free since you don't have to rush to a gym so you save time, bonus! You can play

Feed Your Soul Fitness is so much more than a gym. The variety of small classes available keeps your body challenged and keeps it fun and interesting. They also offer nutritional information and accountability support in a community of encouraging participants of all ages and abilities. The trainers truly care about each individual and will modify the workouts when you need it. I kept seeing the advertisement on Facebook for the gym, but was hesitant because I knew it couldn't be free, but after really thinking about it and realizing how much money I waste monthly on a gym membership I hardly ever use, I decided I wanted to sign up and find out more. The few days in passing before meeting them they would text and email me daily to remind me which at first I was really annoyed but than I totally got why they do it, to hold you accountable and that's exactly what I need because i'm the constant excuse maker.After meeting Brandy and going over the program

Their 42 day challenge is $499. I ACTUALLY tried to join and nobody would return my calls or emails. Very unprofessional. I guess they dont care that much about "helping you with your goals" or making their money. Oh well.

Over the years I have tried many fitness programs and diets, feed your soul fitness is So supportive. They don't only give you food to eat but charts showing the types of food you should eat and shopping lists. I have If you physical restrictions and they accommodate all of this during workouts and I don't feel like the odd man out. The staff is supportive, the people there are supportive definitely the number one place to help with being healthy. Great for extremely overweight or older people. This place has it all! Love it!!

Hello I signed up I would have loved to have done the 6 week challenge but I could not afford the $400 for it if I new the price up front before going down I would not have sign up I wish that for the six weeks that it was like half that I could have done it. It's a good program it's a little high for some low income people who want to loose weight can't pay that price. They are very nice there I do wish them luck but...... Too high

Overall, I was very disappointed with the 6 Week Challenge at Feed Your Soul Fitness. They break their system into their pillars, so I'll summarize the program the same way.

Fitness (Pillar One) - This is the area I had a positive experience with. The instructors were great, the class sizes were small, and the classes were short (30 minutes) while still being effective. I would recommend FYSF for their exercise classes on their own.

Nutrition (Pillar Two) - FYSF was misleading with this one. On their website, they say you get a customized meal plan. I assumed this meant they would tell

You will come for the amazing 6 week weight loss challenge and stay for the welcoming community. The weight loss challenge will give you the tools to eat healthy and get moving. Brandy runs an incredible program for those looking to acquire knowledge and build confidence in a variety of fitness modalities including but not limited to TRX, yoga, lifting, and circuit training. Variety like this keeps fitness fun and interesting and continues to challenge the body in different ways. Classes are small so assistance is available when necessary. This is a great place if you've never seriously pursued working out and need guidance to begin safely and effectively, or if you're coming back from an injury. Challenges that integrate meal plans keep members accountable.

Over the past 2.5 years I've been struggling to regain my daily life after back surgery and full activities such as hiking, volleyball. In February I was cleared from my physical therapist to start working out again and I chose to work with a correct and functional trainer and never looked back!! As someone who had back surgery and wasn't sure if I could regain my strength- I'm 6 months in and back to all activities!

I have seen them reaching out to the community and finally made an appointment to meet with Brandy! What an amazing experience I have had with our consultation to the actual classes!! Everyone is so nice, very helpful in making sure you are doing things correct and always remember your name! I was skeptical at first about half hour workout sessions but I can tell you, they kick my butt and I feel amazing afterwards!! Love supporting locally owned business and giving back to the community! Go try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Getting back into a training environment was a little scary for me. Over the years, I have joined gyms, only to quit after injuring myself or realizing I was just one of the masses. Brandy has created a very different environment at Feed Your Soul. The instructors all have concentrated on my form to make sure I am not going to injure myself. They have created a very positive, supportive environment for someone like me who is getting back into an exercise routine.

I have trained with Brandy Martin for a year and it enable me to have the strength to get through the Rugged maniac 5k obstacles course, my challenge was to get over the 8ft wall this year and I did it!keeping up with regular workout has definitely increased my vitality for life. The small group classes are wonderful always reminding myself I need to be here.
