Our air conditioner had gone out during a particularly hot day and Ray was there immediately to check everything out and put in a new capacitor. Unfortunately, the unit ended up dying out again around 10pm and Ray came back first thing in the morning to find some faulty wiring had caused a short in the unit outside due to water getting into an electrical cover. At that point, the unit worked well for a couple of hours, but it kept tripping the breaker and had to be reset. I called Ray once again and he came to the apartment within a few minutes and was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and

Beautiful apartment complex and friendly staff. I scheduled an appointment at Waverly Place Apartments recently, Yris was awesome, she gave me a tour and explained everything to me I literally fall in love not just with the place but with the attention the staff gives you here. Sadly they didn't have anything available at the moment, but I will definitely consider in the future.

Really want to Thank Ray so much for working so quickly to get my A/C working! he explained that the whole outside unit had to be replaced I told him not to worry about it since it is Sunday that it was fine with me for them to come back tomorrow (Monday) to change it but he did not take No for an answer he made sure the unit was replaced and ready to go in less than 2 hrs of my request being sent . The Maintenance team here is GREAT !!!

I've been living here for a year now and it is a great place, always quiet and calm. The only issue we ever had was with our a/c unit and Ray and Luis were here within minutes, figured out the problem and had me back up and running cool in no time. They explained everything that was wrong. Great guys
