Join us for the best school year ever! Our afterschool program provides pickup and transportation to our karate school every weekday. Students will enjoy different activities in a fun learning environment. During our program, students can participate in karate classes as well! Classes at Jeff Smith's Mile High Karate place a high level of importance to goal setting.
Come join us for our parents night out events! Kids will enjoy a variety of fun, themed activities while parents can enjoy some time off. In this event, kids will participate in activities such as a movie night with popcorn, games, and other fun karate related activities. Join us for our women's self defense seminars.

I started training at Jeff Smith Karate with my mom and brother when I was 5 years old, and have since gone on to earn my 4th degree black belt, compete at a national level, and teach the next generation of young martial artists. This is a place where you can improve your fitness, learn self discipline and important character development skills, grow into a leader, and set/accomplish goals. The physical skills (kickboxing, traditional martial arts, self defense, board breaking, physical fitness, competitive martial arts) and mental skills that you gain at this dojo are skills that will last you

Jeff Smith’s Mile High Karate is absolutely amazing. My family has been involved with Mile High Karate for over 4 years, and I truly believe that these classes are one of the most important gifts we can give our kids. Grand Master Jeff Smith and his instructors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Grand Master Smith is patient and he focuses on his students, instructors and even other Mile High Karate school owners to help anchor success. From day one we have felt like we were a part of a big family. Watching my kids and my family grow through this program has been priceless

Grand Master Jeff Smith has been providing World Class instruction for more than 3 decades and we have watched his students do very well in competition, but even more important, excel in life. I am not a student at this academy, I don't even live in the same state. As a small business owner I get very upset when people misuse online reviews.
When you write bad review be specific about what make that business bad.
All the negative reviews here are about how you were not able to afford this Karate school. Just because something is out of our price range does not make it a bad product, it simply means that you can't afford it.
I love porsche 911 cabriolet but can't afford it. I never had the urge to go online and write a bad review about the porsche dealer in my town.

I've been out to visit Grand Master Jeff Smith and his staff at Mile High Karate Sterling multiple times... and I've known and worked with him since 2009 and am very impressed with the professionalism, customer service, focus on positive outcomes for students, parents, and families - and the incredible positive energy of the school.

Great place for the family. We have been coming here for years and love it. I am in better shape than i have been in since my 20s, and my son's confidence, leadership, and public speaking skills are impressive. I have also noticed how karate has improved his attention and dedication to his other sports as well - Soccer, Football, and Basketball. I highly recommend the program they have going on at the school.
