As a certified InterNACHI inspector, Josh brings a breadth of experience to each inspection. His experience includes maintenance manager for a building and packaging supply, Inspector General for the United States Air Force Reserve Command, licensed insurance agent in KS since 2007 with a vast experience in claims and their causes, home appliance installation and repairs, and much more.
Prior to starting all home inspections, our inspectors are required to have a signed pre-inspection agreement. When booking with us, one will be sent via email with the capability to electronically sign. I have used twister city for multiple properties projects residential and commercial. From tiny houses to $2 million mansions, you could put your faith in Josh and Nick over at twister city. The great thing is not only are they qualified but they actually have personalities unlike a lot of engineer type inspectors that are, no offense, just kind of boring. Love Twister City. Make yourself look good as an agent and hire these guys!

I was referred to Twister City Inspections by my dad. I am purchasing my first home and I wanted the inspection to be thorough and done by someone I could trust. I got all that and more! Nick was on time and incredibly thorough. He was polite and personable. The scheduling and payment process was easy and they are very reasonably priced. We're first time home buyers with many questions and worries about finding our perfect forever home. Nick and Josh came and inspected our house down to the most minute details anyone could ever think of and did the most thorough inspection and were so professional.
