I just want to take a minute to acknowledge what an awesome experience I've had with this property manager so far. After numerous efforts of trying to get into an apartment . Charissa went above and beyond to get me approved. Her professionalism and constant communication during the whole process gave me the peace of mind I needed through this process. She definitely proved to be the best advocate in getting my situation resolved. Thanks charissa ! Rockstar status in my book 👌

Miranda, Chrissa, and Mario went above and beyond to make sure my move-in experience was pleasant and my apartment unit was ready. I appreciate the communication the management and maintenance team has shown to me via text, email, and direct verbal conversations. Miranda was very flexible and allowed me to pay my deposit the day of move-in which I appreciated during the holiday season. The links at forest group in Round Rock Texas’s is a fantastic group to work with. The front office staff doing outstanding job making you feel at home and trying to take care of your every need. When you walk into the office you get Greed it with a smile from Chrisa she the newest member of the team & have done a terrific job fitting in & a great asset to the group. Maintenance group fantastic job of keeping everything running smooth since Marco joined the team The renters have been smiling from ear to ear because they know they can call him & he will get things done with a smile on his face

I am a long time resident of the Links of Forest Creek apartments. Mario the maintenance guy does excellent work and is very dependable. He recently added handicap railing to our bathroom and did a very clean job. Having previously worked in the health care field, he knew a bit about the most functional placement.

Mario the maintenance person is great. He is engaging, helpful and very nice. He fixed all my issues in a timely manner. It nice to have a maintenance person that you can talk to and that can fix stuff.

Hi. My husband and I have lived at the links for a decade and we have always enjoyed being here but over the last few months we have had a few things go wrong in the apartment and the Management team and our maintenance tech Mario have really stepped up their game. The biggest issue was with the dryer. Last week it just quit working. We submitted a work order and Mario was here within a couple of hours. He ordered a part and when that came in, it did not fix the dryer so they ordered us a new one and within 2 days we now have a working dryer. Saved the day!! Thank you Mario for your stellar professionalism

Would not recommend. Very less than ideal especially if you work from home, or want to enjoy your days off in your own home.
Lots of loud unsupervised kids. Playing baseball & hitting cars with the ball, riding scooter/skateboards between cars up and down other people's driveways. Bugs. Very poorly constructed. Office staff only helpful until you've moved in and paid rent. Neighbors smoke pot inside and it permeates into my apartment.

My wife and I just moved in two days ago and are already so impressed! Mario from the maintenance team came over to replace a lighting fixture that we hadn't really noticed an issue with before, but they were proactive with getting everything perfect and he was super friendly and welcoming. He was more than happy to help us with any and everything we had questions about including helping us install a new shower head! Very happy with this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I had an urgent maintenance problem at my apartment, as soon as I made Miranda, the manager, aware of the issue she sent someone to help immediately. Mario worked on the issue and solved it! He was kind but above all quick to work! He stopped by the next day to check if everything was okay. They took great care of us.

Nice apartment for a very good price for round rock. Our apartment has had a few problems since we moved in but the staff has been super kind and helpful. Especially the maintenance man, Mario. He is the nicest guy I have ever met. He is kind, speedy and efficient.
