This place is NOTHING close to the advertisement. They are pushy to collect the fees due and the place isn't even move-in ready when they day it is. This is why they don't show you the duplex before hand. This is a very dirty place. Sad to say this was our only option at the time. They extremely over charge for the quality of living provided. Dirt and odors left behind are covered up with poor paint jobs which makes it worse.The yards are dirty and your parking space isn't respected. Others take the parking space we're paying for anytime they want.

I can’t even begin to tell you the worry and sadness this company has caused myself! I lived at rock springs for 1 year planning to renew my lease when I was hit 1 month and 3 days with a letter on my door telling me I have to move out regardless due to them wanting to remodel. Then to call and tell them I want to stay and they inform me that I would have to pay everything all over again as if I am a new client with the community. The lady in the front had no emotion or care in the world to help. She kept throwing nothing but numbers out to me about all that I need to pay to be able to stay!

I have been living here for six years and they have never came to clean the air vent its all full of dust and we have been breathing in all that mold and dust which is very dangerous im know im not the only one i feel that if they cared about they residents they would do a yearly cleaning of some soft but nothing

Jana helped us get in when we needed to and made the process quick and painless. She was straight forward and honest about everything, and gave us lots of valuable info upfront. The amenities are above par, and have nice backyards (perfect for pups). Beth has also been super helpful and we are happy to be joining the community!

We lived in the neighborhood for two and a half years, and during that time, most issues were normally resolved quickly or a good explanation was given when more time was required along with a work around. The neighborhood is busy due to primarily having families residing, but it is never too loud late at night. Many retail options are available within a short drive, and a convenience store is within walking distance. The only reason issue we had was the train running all day and night, but it is only a nuisance if your backyard faces the train tracks.

I have lived in this community for 12-13 years, so I have seen 3 or 4 different owners come and go over the years. With each new owner has come new employees in the leasing office. I can say without a doubt that the current staff has been the most receptive to my concerns. For the last several years I have had a leaking refrigerator and a leaking dishwasher. I've been very concerned about the damage being done to the flooring and the walls around the appliances. The previous 2 office managers have sent the maintenance staff out to see the appliances on multiple occasions, but even after being told
