I have lived here for 16 years! Probably the most perfect tennant. I have never been late on my rent even though they continue to raise it every year, yes, even during the pandemic. Four weeks ago I notified the office, in writing, that the circuit breaker for my living room had burnt out forcing me to run all of my computer components on a power strip connected to an extension cord to another room. A MAJOR fire hazard I might add but I work from home and need all of these components. To date 11/29/2021 they still have not come up even though I was assured by the office that they would be up this

Literally the worst. Been here for years and they just don’t care. Last night was my last straw, I Killed 20+ Roaches !! Even after they pest control Came in. It was so nasty. Not matter how many we kill they keep coming . There’s just So many things I could say but it’s not even worth it. They care about the outside (apartments) too much but not the Inside of the apartments . One of the many roaches that we find.

I recently move to this apartments and i completely recommended this place. the manager and her assistant manager Mari are very great team they really do everything the best way to provide what the resident really needs on there apartments Mari is very professional and do the best to for the residents needs on foxfire apartments thanks.

We moved here about 6 months ago from Wisconsin. When we arrived the management allowed us to move in even though we didn't have jobs yet! We just signed our 1 year lease with them. They only allow 6 months when you first move in as a trial period. I think this is a great idea! When we first moved it the apartment had fresh paint and new carpet in the bedrooms. They come out to replace your air filters and spray for bugs. We had an issue with a smell coming from under our apartment unit and they came out the next day to fix the sewer line. We just moved in here a week ago and it’s amazing. They made the move in process so easy with flexible timing on when to send our contracts and how to give the deposits. The man who lived in our apartment before us lived here for 10 years and moved to a bigger one. They replaced our dishwasher, flooring carpet, cabinets, new patio paint everything. The patios have such a wonderful wide space that there’s plenty of storage room out there or if you just want to put some plants out and decorate. I love that the flooring isn’t carpet and it is vinyl flooring and makes it such easy cleanup. I

This is a great family friendly apartment complex. Quite community! The playground is a hit in our house, also. The apartments have a modern feel to them. They have plenty of room for you to walk your pets and convenient doggy bags and bins spread out throughout the complex. The patios are also very spacious.

We moved into a 2 bedroom in September 2016, we were waiting for a 3 bedroom to open up. The apartments are a little old but for the price it is nice. The real reason I love living here so much is the management. Alma (The property manager) is amazing. She is the nicest apartment manager I have ever met and I have lived in over 20 apartments around the country. She listens when you have a problem, she jumps into action when you need her and she cares about the residents like they are family. The grounds are always so well kept thanks to the maintenance guys. I think the main guy is Orlando? I think

Worse place ever!!! Not worth $1000 a month. They are ran down. I have a lot of water damage in both bathrooms. Never fixed!! They don't even fix stuff you write on a work order. Management is very rude. I've had someone try to break into my apartment. They did nothing. And ROACHES / WATER ROACHES big big problem!!! Pool is barley open in the summer. Don't waste your time or money!!!
