I lived here for roughly 10 years and very much enjoyed it. The location and price point were excellent although I will say I do not believe everyone will love it here as I did. The grounds and landscape can be somewhat unkept at times and if you are the type to be super picky about details you will be unhappy. I felt it was a great value but I understood that I was paying under market and you get what you pay for.
Over the years my rent barely went up which was nice. I think in the end I was paying a solid 250$ a month under what new renters were so if you are looking for something long term

I lived there for a year and enjoyed it the whole time. I liked the price and the area. I did however end up moving and have had an extremely difficult time getting my deposit back. I have called 6+ times and only gotten someone on the phone once being told they will call me back. An otherwise great place if this was handled.

Rats, pests, overgrown landscape, unprofessional staff. I normally don't write reviews but since I chose to live here based on a deceiving review I wanted to give others a heads up if new to the area like I was. Starting with the rat infestation I battled for 4 months before something was done about it by management. I am a pretty clean person so this was very crippling and devastating for me to have to deal with. Management was notified SEVERAL times and all they did was put inhumane sticky traps out in my place one of which got stuck to my small dogs paws and took me an hour to get off. Several
