There is nothing elegant about this place, but the leasing office. My son leased a 1 bedroom apartment based on what was advertised on the website. On move-in day with a u-haul full of furniture, we were told that he was leasing an unrenovated unit. I advised them that nowhere on there website did they state there were renovated and unrenovated units. I asked to see the unit and upon entering it, I was floored. It was old and dilapidated. The cabinets were warped and had paint on top of paint on top of paint. The countertops had been painted and wash chipping or pealing. The worst part was the

I lived here for a year. When I toured the property, I was shown a unit and told that the specific unit I was getting wasn't ready yet but that it would be identical to the one I toured. It definitely wasn't, it was trash. It hadn't been cleaned after the previous tenant moved out, the drawers still had garbage and hair in them, the carpet was damaged in several spots, the bathroom had clearly had significant water damage and maintenance had rigged everything instead of actually repairing things properly, the cabinets were all scratched up, I should've just requested my deposit to be returned and

I have been a resident of The Creek apartments two months. So far the service here has been excellent on anything and everything. Love the quiet wooded area and landscape and being close to Brushy Creek. Excited about the new walking trail just yards away next to Brushy Creek. The service from Christopher and other office and maintence staff has been excellent. I have read other reviews and have not seen what they are talking about here. The place is kept clean and maintained nicely and pest free. I have could not be happier with this place.

I am so happy to live here. The change in Management has made all the difference. With the Renovations to the leasing office, pool area, upgrades in apartments and the beautiful landscaping it is a great place to live. Christopher the Community Director is just what this community needed to improve the overall quality of life here. The maintenance staff are courteous, and know what they are doing. It is refreshing to see such Positive Lasting Improvements. I highly recommend living here.

Apartment was dirty upon move in. Security there is a joke and when you contact them they shrug it off as if they don't care. We reported someone harassing us below us and they refused to do anything about it or even make a report on it.
People ignore rules and get away with it. They'd play musical 24/7 loud enough to rattle the apartment, and no one would stop them, even when calling security about it (who, again, did nothing).
They also scammed us out of money, charging us for things and even lying to us about some charges. They tried to charge us for things we marked off upon our

Just went here to inquire about an apartment and the leasing agent was RUDE RUDE RUDE. She assured me there were apartments available however I couldn't go inside to look at one. The complex looks TERRIBLE & run down. I got a really terrible and yucky vibe from the leasing agent and from the place overall. I don't think I be moving here especially after the awful and almost scary reviews. 1/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

This was my first apartment after a few years of just bad luck, I have loved staying at the apartments, it always has ups and downs its an apartment, but the stay here is not bad, I have encountered everyone in the office, and I tell you that they make you feel important, and they do their best to do what they can when something goes down, I am currently looking to buy a home and they are willing to work with me, on the level that I can stay and not worry about having to rush, I give a big Kudos to Andréa, Lauren, and Merle, the creek apartment's wouldn't have been a great place with

Just wanted to update everyone on how horrible The Creek is. When we finally moved out, we were charged for very minor things that are considered wear and tear in the many other places I've rented at in the past. Of course that wouldn't be too bad if they had actually sent us the bill. The first I'd heard of the charges was when the a debt collector contacted me. The Creek never sent us the bill and now it will reflect poorly on my credit.

I lived at The creek apartments for a little over a 1 year. In that time span, the water was shut off at least 3 times that I can count for water line bust/break. When the managers turn the water off, they do not notify their Residents until hours go by. The water once was turned off for a full 3 days. Management was unable to give an explanation to me or give me an estimated time frame to when it they are hoping it will be turned back. As I did investigating of my own as they said there would be a plumber out the first day it was shut off, I did not see any plumber or anyone trying to fix the
