Budget housing complex. The side of the complex you live on can play a big difference in your experience there. Child and pet friendly, but can be loud at times, enough to require them to hire a night time security officer at times. Maintenance is iffy. Office staff are pretty friendly. Only two stars because they have a relatively high time rate and ground floor apartments are very vulnerable to break in.

I'm not a resident here but, I came to visit my son that lives in this property. I was very happy how the property looks. I told my son if the administration was change he said no. It's the maintenance guy the hispanic dude is making this property look good. I am very proud of him keep up the good job.

I have been living here going on 5 years and since our manager Tanya came aboard this place is changed so much for the better of the residence. Tanya and Lashaun are a great team together and they get things done. Also the maintenance team is awesome there has never been a time that I have had an emergency that the don't response ASAP. Maintenance guys are always there fast and even when is not an emergency they are there in a very good timely matter and get it fixed.

At the beginning of last year things weren't too bad but at the start of the summer everything kind of started falling apart. There a lot of changes going on and I feel they are charging for what it will be and not what it is; a highly used, 30+ year old apartment complex. Our apartment is musty, we've had lots of bug issues, the carpet stains resurfaced a week after we moved in, landscaping is lacking, there is always trash around. Our a/c has had repeated issues this summer because they didn't fix it or change the filter the first time like they said. My roommates bedroom floor flooded a couple
