Place is horrendous mold every where floor seeped in causing walls to disconnect every where always trying to get over tenants or some one who she don't think they know their rights quick to evict and an absolute liar look else where for better pricing not worth it nosey into everybody business....I can keep going on and on

Place is terrible. Lived here a year ago and paid rent on time and did everything we were supposed to as tenants, then the kitchen sink started leaking. Took them 3-4 months after we told them what was going on to actually come and “fix” the sink (The floor started to get soft, that’s how long it took). When we came back in our apartment after the maintenance man was fixing our sink all day, there was a huge piece of ply wood on our kitchen floor and a hole cut in the laundry room wall, which is fine besides the fact that there was no communication as to what was going on ( we tried calling

Expensive cardboard boxes is all you'll find here. Appliances broke on a monthly basis and we were made to feel guilty whenever we called to have them fix it. The main issue was the A.C. I watched as they "fixed" it amd saw that it was more duct tape than metal. Did not help that there was only 1 duct for our 2 bedroom apartment. It was conveniently placed right by the front door (that was off it's hinges leaving big gaps).

Olga the manager is very nice and her maintenance guy works his butt off. But the units are overpriced dumps. They don't have central air/heat. Appliances are old. Poorly insulated. You roast in the summer. The Motel 6 across the street is always active for drugs, fighting, and police lights after midnight. At one point Papa Johns refused to deliver to us because their drivers had been robbed multiple times. No amenities other than a laundry facility that at times will have a homeless person sleeping in it. No place to even wash your car. The rent is very high for all that "luxury". The manager

As a resident for almost 2 years I am very pleased. I started in a 1 bedroom and earlier this year upgraded to a 2 bedroom. I love how much space you have for the money. I work in Orlando so I deal with the I-4 nightmare, but it is still worth it. These apartments don't have all of the "bells and whistles" of some of the new ultra modern apartments but it makes up for it with the fenced in patio, large laundry room, and attic storage.

It's an okay place to live. The rent is way to high. 920 for a 2 bed room 1 bath. Small kitchen. Poor ac quality. Only one vent in the entire living room and kitchen area. Bad electrical and dry wall. The door is gapped. Across from motel 6 is very sketchy. You always here cops or fighting over there. The land Lord is a great lady. She'll fix any problem you have reasonably quickly.
