We wish we had better things to say about our experience at Nobay. We ended up leaving 3 months before our lease was up because my husband and I were diagnosed with chronic sinusitis due to extended mold exposure. We found most of the mold in the air conditioning closet and found signs of it in the drywall around the apartment, as well. There were many corners cut when building this complex. When we first notified the staff of the mold issue, no one responded for three weeks.
At one point we had a rat enter our apartment due to the excessive amounts of fish that Screamin’ Tuna would throw outside

I lived at Nobay for a little over two years in the studio apartment. During my time at Nobay, I never had any issues. While I must admit the walls are rather thin and parking is not included, neighbors and staff are very friendly. If you're a young professional, this apartment complex is definitely the place for you. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, farmers market on the weekends, and plenty of parks / lakes nearby.

Great place in regards to location, apartments are nice. There is usually parking and so much to do since your literally in downtown. You also get everything that comes with living in the city. The restaurant's, events, and occasional loud nights with restless passersby's. I love it there, and for the price, you really get your money's worth.

Save your money - this apartment is NOT worth the price. I lived here for a year, and it got to the point where I was counting down the days until my lease was over because the fee to break your lease is over $2,400. It “looks” nice, but it is extremely poorly built. The walls are PAPER THIN, and of course I had the worst neighbor in Lakeland. She would yell through the walls at someone SNORING and literally beat on my walls when I had company over... God forbid I have a conversation in my own livingroom. It was border line harassment. Not to mention couples that are noisy during “adult time

The worst place to live in Lakeland. Location is wonderful but you will be dealing with pseudo professionals at best. Move in conditions are deplorable to include clogged tubs, dirty vents and rude real estate agents who only care about money. The apartments have paper thin walls and you will hear every single noise from your neighbor, their pets, even food delivery. Keep it moving. This is not where you want to call home. Oh! And good luck with your car. They charge you $55 to park in an open lot then call the towing company to "tow any car you like."

Excellent value in downtown living. Abundant amenities. Easy walking distance to farmers market, coffee house, stationary store, furniture and decor, public parks over 17 acres just 2 blocks away. Upscale and value restaurants only steps away. Lake views. Modern architecture.

Wow! What a great complex in the heart of downtown Lakeland! While helping my best friend looking for a place, we stumbled across this place and we throughly liked the layout and totally can see them living here . The complex has 55 units and each unit is a tri level townhouse. The first level is the landing, and you walk up the stairs to the second level and see an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dinning room combo. The kitchen comes with a huge pantry, which also holds the stackable washing machine/dryer. The third level is where the bedrooms and the bathrooms are. The bedrooms

As a former tenant, I was excited to be living downtown at first then you realize the lack of parking, lack of amenities of Nobay, unpleasant, unresponsive staff. And there are extra expenses everywhere. Not a good experience.
