I have now been here a little over 2 years! The maintenance guys are wonderful! They are friendly and always go above and beyond. I've never had to wait too long for any service request. I couldn't be happier living here. The grounds look perfect all the time. The whole team is friendly and helpful.

With everything that has happened in 2020, starting 2021 at Cypress Bend was the best way for me to turn things around! Everyone who works here was absolutely amazing and attentive throughout the entire process from beginning to end! The property is well maintained, everything is clean. I 100% recommend living here.

It was great living here, i know it has a lot of negative reviews but it has been a great year. I am moving because it is getting a bit expensive for a 1 bedroom. The maintenance is great, the only thing is that they will leave a flyer at your door saying they need to come in such and such day for fumigation or just inspection, but even if you don't answer the door, they will come in! Besides that, it was quiet, if you have the view towards the soccer complex expect great sunsets. Quiet neighbors, great area and overall good complex to stay in.
