Do not waste your time with these apartments. To sum it up there's mold that management refuses to deal with. There's a roach infestation so bad that roaches come out of the electrical sockets. It's disgusting. The hallways of the buildings flood every time it rains. The fire alarms go off at random times all day and management blames tenets. When I moved in I was told to email about issues in the apartments so thats what I was doing, then when I was ignored for months they told to leave messages to the office, then they deflected by saying that they don't listen to the messages left and that I

These apartments are the worst apartments i have ever stayed in. the pool is constantly closed and when it’s open(rare)it closes at 5 or 5:30 or 6, because the people in the office have no idea what they’re talking about. the fire alarms go off every single day and don’t turn off until the fire department gets here witch could be anything between 5 -15 minutes. the residents are very rude and so is the maintenance. also very poor maintenance, the hallways are constantly dirty and very hot. roaches are everywhere. the smoke detectors go off when your cooking just about anything. definitely

Last year in April my fiance and I were staying at Glen oaks we got a 2 bedroom "luxury" apartment as soon as we walked in it smelt like old fecal matter in kitchen. The rooms were big and decent looking. Plenty of space so we decided to proceed with it because we're ready to move in somewhere. In time we had a constant water leak from ac and would get hot in there. I noticed one time the laundry rooms would have cloths all over because people would take them out..Mold started to develop in areas and constant bug problems such as Nats, roaches and critters walking around. The unit that my roommate and I lived in was fine for the most part, but upon first moving in, our stovetop worked but the oven did not. After several calls about this, it took 8 months for us to get a new one. The lobby occasionally smells of dog urine, the 3rd floor lobby has bats flying around from time to time, and the fire alarm in building 4 regularly sets off. As well, there was a misprint on our last monthly invoice regarding when the bill would be past due; we were still charged the late fee.

One of a kind property - working elevators, 3 floors to choose from, great prices, very large floor plans with tons of storage space/closets. 2 bedroom 1 bath is almost 1,100 square feet and comes with a MASSIVE hall closet. Their One Bedrooms are almost 800 square feet and come with a bar and 3 closets! Each floor has its own lobby area which is nice. Not to mention they have one site laundry inside the buildings so you don’t even have to go outside to do laundry. It’s basically like a big mansion if you think about it. Office staff is always very friendly and always there to help! And another

I would not recommend. Issues with bats in the apartment constantly. Mold issues that go unresolved. People being mugged and held at gun point. Hall ways are very stechy. Worst part is all the bats living in the walls and when it rains you smell their urine even comes into the apartment and soaks in the carpet. Nearly nightly issues with the fire alarm malfunctioning and waking you throughout the night. Even the pool is closed half the time you want to go. Worst year of my life was so happy to leave. I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero.

first of all, i was in contact with an agent 3 weeks before we moved. i was promised a 1 bed, 1 bath for around 700 a month. completely fine and doable. i was pregnant at the time and expected to stop working a few months after arrival, had plenty of money saved up. about 2 days before moving i get an email saying they’ve sold my apartment and they only have a 2 bed 2 bath left. for 1005.. i had no choice but to love as i had no where to go. i packed my entire life into 2 suitcases and took a plane out to a place i’d never been before with no car and no
