My a/c has not been working properly since i moved in. Its not safe if you have children, because people are always hanging outside drinking and talking loud and playing loud music. Theres even gun violence. Theres no maintenance team so no hope in repairs getting fix. Im grateful for a roof over my head but i wouldn't recommend these apartments to no one. And for the price i pay for rent plus all the utilities I could be in a better location with a washer and dryer and get my money worth.im glad my lease will be ending soon this year, im looking for something better.

Been at landmark since 2017 i use to love it ....... and i must say lately we have been switching managers constantly there is a lack of maintenance . Recently they had some Who actually cared MRS STEPHANIE WAS THE Best Thing that happened to landmark ......unfortunately there is only one clean up guy Everytime you call no answer No email back nothing ... this is the worst condition i have seen the landmark apartments in ... worst Management worst Every dam thing ........

I would give less if i could. Management has swapped 4 or more times in the past year. The phone doesn't connect to the office and hasn't for months. The local kids damage cars, damage landscape, mess with the water valves, and leave rocks and sharp objects in the lots. Management doesn't care even when water is shut off for the entire weekend. They will falsely claim missed payments or hold onto the paperwork stating so until it is too late to fix. The pest control offered monthly a year ago stopped after 2 months when management swapped. Music will be played in the lot at loud volumes from 1am

I have been here going on a year and when me and my partner first moved in it was great the manager Ms. Thierry was understanding and made sure if there was anything needed maintenance wise it was taken care of immediately. Since her leaving the place has went down hill maintenance has not been on their job my air conditioner and heater has been out my dish washer that I don’t use has been leaking water everywhere and my garbage disposal has been broken since before thanksgiving we had been calling all week and haven’t got 1 answer or any one to check on our problem I wouldn’t recommend living

I wish I could give less than 1 star but since I cant I would advise anybody who is looking to move not to choose the landmark . The prices are going up and the maintenance is going down we pay extremely to much money to be living in a pig sty. When I moved in March everything was great the manager was amazing and got everything done immediately when reported, but the last 2 weeks or so the office has been non responding and to say we live in the west end I feel like I live deep in the south in the hood. It’s been a lot unnecessary traffic and I have been worried about my safety. Maintenance

The manager and staff is extremely unprofessional. They discuss residents personal business with other residents like the lady who stays in apartment 223. The manager is a theft. She has you pay cash or turn in a blank money order which she keeps for herself. She allows her girlfriend Kierra to be in the office all times of the day arguing with residents as well as arguing with the manager herself. They do not fix anything. Residents have lost their section 8 because upon moving out she gives them a bad review. There is rats, roaches, nats and bed bugs. This is not a place you want to live. I wish
