I work as a vendor for this apartment complex and many others. However, this park is exceptionally better than any of the other ones I frequent. The on-site management is polite and helpful. The grounds are always clean and trimmed. The full time maintenance man is a hard worker and keeps the apartments in tiptop shape. Most apartments have a lot of dirty tenants, which makes for trashy apartments. I have entered several units to handle repairs and have yet to find a dirty or trashy place. If I were looking for an apartment home, I wouldn't look any further. I truly recommend Huntington Park Apartments

I paid on time head of time every month. New management come in and start adding fees. New neighbors moved in that were rude another set smoked something strong gave me head aches. Every month management increased my rate after I went month to month. The pool was locked 50% of time when I was off. I gave notice cleaned apartment did work orders a head of time and did not receive my deposit got charged more. Working mom bad experience with new manager.

I stopped by for a quick tour. The property manager was on the phone when I walked in, but she excused her phone call to greet me with a smiling face. She was very friendly and professional. Answered any questions that I had. Offered me a beverage while I nursed my baby. It was a very comfortable experience. The property itself is beautiful, very visually pleasing, and well kept up. We ended up not relocating but if we do, that property is at the top of our list. And the pool was also something that caught my eye. Very clean and perfect for these hot Texas days.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. With me being pregnant and getting a house they were the WORST people to deal with moving out. They lied about things that we have paperwork for trying to make us pay 1500 extra currently! We are trying to sue these people. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. The most unorganized apartment complex and they will lie to your face.

This used to be a wonderful place to live, but not so much anymore. The new management is below sub-par. Apparently, a broken hot water heater for a family with a child is not an emergency and our management went home early today to enjoy their holiday while this family will suffer 4 days in December-January without a hot shower. I certainly hope they enjoy their weekend.

This use to be the most friendly, clean, well kept and well managed complex. I'm sad to say that it is now a dump that has the worst management I've ever encountered. I would advise to stay far away and never rent from any of their other managed properties. If I could give it a negative 10 stars, I would.
