They love to charge a lot of violations fees , not to mention they tell you to leave a good nice review on google for them in order to waive your application fee & so on. Absolutely very horrible experience do not recommend nobody. Besides that the environment is quite nice to stay just horrible in office regulation for the apartment complex for sure never again will stay there again .People in the office are nice and sweet but they can atleast give you a first warning before they actually give you a lot of violations. They need to be considerent with their tendents very horrible apartments do

This is my very first apartment and I have to say the process has been painless and very professional. Hannah is super sweet and very communicative. Mosaic Apartments is definitely good place to start for those looking for a new apartment! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Went to the apartments and met Ruby. She was so informative about their property. She was very nice and patient with me looking at different floor plan options. The apartments are updated nicely, and I love the location, easy access to the interstate.

Hannah was great in helping me get into my own place! The girls up front are sweet and very helpful. All units are newly updated and gorgeous on the inside. I look forwards to living here! It’s all you can need. Washer and dryer in units, can’t beat that!
