Stay far away from this unprofessional and disrespectful company, especially Jennifer Garcia! She does not care about people, nor respect your wishes. I could go on & on about the incompetence and general disregard for other humans but I will leave it at this...dealing with her was the most painful experience of my entire year! Save yourself the pain and stay FAR FAR away from this company.

Linda Heinold formerly known as Vallie Light passed criminal background checks with both Preservation Partners and Arrowhead Housing to obtain building manager jobs with both companies by using falsified documents and a falsified name. On October 27, 2020, Ms. Heinold was arrested for identity theft, forgery, and insurance fraud.

I have had nothing but positive things to say about arrowhead housing and the property management services they provide. Having a competent property manager who has a skillful maintenance team behind their back makes a world of difference from my experience. Their team is fast to respond and quickly does any repair and tenants needs. All calls are done in a timely fashion as well.
