Ridge At 4100 Apartments

Do NOT pick this place if you are looking to move. Neighbors that have no consideration for others and blast music at all hours of the night and day. Linoleum floors literally peeling up under your feet and carpets that look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Garbage compactor has a mountain of trash in front of it every weekend and the complex threatens to charge everyone with a fine for it not just the culprits. Front office rarely picks up the phone and won't address inconsiderate neighbors just tells you to call the police. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have lived here for a year and It is by far the worst place you can live in the management is never avaliable never pick up phones and if u have a issue with anything in the apartment they take forever to come and fix management is poor the office never respond calls another thing is they painted the apartment complex and where so poor to cleAn the mess of the paint another thing is the parking spots if its after 7 pm good luck finding parking they have all these work cars come and take the parking spots when you are paying a 1,400 rent no parkings the steal your packages all the time and when

This place I phenomenal. I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with the staff and when I placed a maintenance request it was handled in a timely manner, something I haven't had to much luck with in other apartment complexes I've lived in. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place right in the center of Central Florida.

My family and i just recently moved in and the experience has been wonderful. Ruben has been a blessing. He has been patient and very helpful during our move. I am looking forward to being here for a very long time.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I walked in and spoke with Maria. I was kindly welcomed, met with a beverage, and the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The property was beautiful. My family is highly considering making this community our home.

Recently stopped in to tour and while I was disappointed that there were no apartments available Ruben made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I will keep an eye on the website and make sure I don’t miss out on the next apartment. Thank you Ruben !!

Neighbors always blasting music, day and night. Wonder what kind of sound system they have and how are they paying bills because it seems like he NEVER works. Always got some drama going on, police always here. If you're looking for peace this IS NOT it. They also took down the "gated community" access which is one of the biggest reason we moved here, pictures look better than the place actually is, I would call this place a scam. Can't wait for our lease to end.

I love living here! They have so many activities for the residents, for example tonight was food truck night by the clubhouse, so no cooking whoop whoop! Overall almost 2 years living here, office staff ta super friendly, Amarilys is always there when I have a questions, answers super fast to emails, and she always has a smile!

They raise rent whenever they feel like it.They never come to fix things ,and when you finally move out they keep almost all your deposit. They had this security that harassed everyone you couldn't even stand outside for more than 5 minutes they send you a letter stating that you were loitering. Stay away from this place!!

This complex is a joke. The management here is horrible, the pool is always closed. The office never picks up the phone or calls back if you leave a message. I've lived in a plethora of different apartments and this is by far the worst. The front gate breaks all the time, and many of my neighbors have been broken into. The only way the office communicates with you is by leaving notes at
your doorstep, which more often than not fall off. Do yourself a favor and move anywhere but here. Save yourself the hassle. I am absolutely thrilled that I have moved out of this mess. Don't make the
