Rapallo is absolutely awesome! I am so glad that I chose Rapallo over 3 other living communities. Every morning, I wake up to a beautiful view of the sunrise. I have quiet neighbors. My screened balcony overlooking the pond w/ a fountain allows me to enjoy peaceful outdoor time whenever I feel like it.

Where do I even begin, this place is absolutely horrible never enough parking and they are tow happy, what I mean by that is I had a death in the family and I was going through a really hard time and I needed some comforting and I call over a dear friend of mine to stay with me for a couple of hours and watch movies when my friend leaves her car is no where to be found we immediately loose our minds thinking it was stolen to only find out it was towed because they failed to noticed my friend had a visitors pass on her car they also towed my own vehicle keep in mind I've been leaving here for

Don't rent here they tow my car twice already is no parking they will tow your car even during the day I was there 2 hours on my work car and they tow it if you get visitors they need a parking permit so basicly they tow your car and said you didn't have a visitors stickers so bascly you can't have visitors at least you get a pass I have waisted 250 plus 2 days of work

Be warned guys . They will not give you your deposit back they will find every reason not to lie to take your money . Move out walk through is done with out you so they say whatever they want . This is not luxury ants and roaches live rent free here . The manager at the time is a racist I moved out in 2019 . The apartment I originally applied for at the front was taken away from us and we was forced to take the one all the way in the back that's how they treat black tenants . I do NOT recommend living here.
After I moved out, they told me my apartment looked clean. I even rented a carpet cleaner and the property manager SAW ME cleaning the carpet and commented on it. She said it looks great, but she did have to let me know that there would be a carpet evaluation and typically it's just a $75 cleaning fee. Today I got a call letting me know I need a carpet REPLACEMENT due to heavy wear and PET DAMAGE. I don't own a pet -- I have severe allergies and allergy-induced asthma. This means they are fabricating a situation to try to get money. They are a scam.

I lived here for over 2 years, and while living there, things were always subpar. Once, my lock broke on a Saturday so I was locked in my apartment (hello fire hazard!). When I called the office, she told me maintenance was only on property for emergencies only. Upon prompting, she said she could send someone but it would be awhile possibly. When he came, he chiseled out my door and promised to fix it later and never did.

I rented here from 2018-2020 and I loved it! I’m a homeowner now, but I do still miss our apartment here from time to time. It was cozy. The staff inside is very nice, they get to know you personally. I’ve never had issues like what some people are mentioning in these bad reviews. The only one that’s true is the parking issue. If you get home super late, you may have to park at another building. But that’s due to an over-abundance of guests, not because there isn’t enough space. I know they do their best to manage it as well, I’ve seen towing warning stickers put on cars for people

Unbelievable. Drove two hours into town to look at several apartment complexes and had this one on my list. Arrived 20 mins till 5pm, was told they are getting ready to close and would not open to gate to let me in to view the complex. Was told “I have to schedule a tour” to view the complex tomorrow. A tour in the midst of a pandemic? Went to 10 other gated properties the same day that were helpful and had no issues opening the gate to drive around while on the phone discussing available properties. Went yesterday urgently seeking a place as I am a victim of DV, brought papers to show proof as someone had referred me to this place. Made me think they will assist show letter for Manager Deborah to say that she could not do anything to help me. I told her I work for the county and that I was in grave danger as I need to move ASAP. If I could give 0 stars I would... where do I begin, have been a Rapallo resident for a couple of years now. When I first moved in, i was in a 3rd floor - 2 bedroom apartment. The building all the way in the back of the complex, the AMOUNT of Raccoons I saw day and night were Insane! Let's just say cleanliness is not a factor at Rapallo. Staff is less than mediocre, from the nasty Property Manager Debra (this lady is a bigot, she should have been terminated years ago) all the way down to the Rene the maintenance supervisor (who will complain about Mgmt, coworkers and Mgmt company to anyone

By far the worst apartments I've stayed in. Where do I even start. 1. Never parking. You have to park so far from where you live sometimes because their is never any parking. 2. They give out notices for not having a parking decal, but if you can't park in the visitor parking where the hell else are you suppose to park. Not to mention the notice they stick on your window leaves a big mark. They also give the notices at 12 am in the middle of the night. 3. The valet garage service is horrible.
