We moved into Mirador at Woodside about 2 weeks ago. I cannot tell you how pleased we have been with the entire process. All of the office staff are very professional but very friendly at the same time. They get back to you if you leave a message, they help you with anything that you are not sure how to handle, and they went out of their way to guide me through their website so that everything from paying the rent to asking for a request for maintenance is at your fingertips. I'm so glad we chose Mirador at Woodside. Thanks to all of you.

I called because I smell burning wire while doing dishes I noticed the water was extremely hot and the smell coming from the water heater so I called and in 4 mints they were there to check the problem yes it turn out to be the water heater .I’m glad I didn’t ignore an took the time to call “good job guys!”

Hello,
The ladies from the office are very polite and respectful. The apartments are very comfortable and nice. However, when I moved in I was talked that the pool wasn’t open because they were waiting for a permit, that the laundromat was getting repaired and that the gym was getting new equipments. It has been almost a month and we still don’t have access to the pool, laundromat or the gym. I’m very disappointed because with this situation of the COVID19, we prefer to join what the Mirador at Woodside Apartments offers instead of visiting public places, of course keeping social distance

The complex itself can be an awesome place to live it has conveniences to shopping restaurants,hospitals,shopping stores, schools, banks, bus lines and more all in short walking distances. I give these stars to Charles Duncan for his professionalism and tentative approaches to resolve residents concerns and his hard working maintenance men, especially Mr.Mark for always extending himself after hours to help residents.
