This is the most terrible place to live in. Encounters with staff is always disgusting. They are very rude and disrespectful to residents current and future and even visitors of residents.
Its appalling how they treat the senior citizens there.
Roach INFESTATION and terrible maintenance assistance. My uncle has mold growing in his apartment and a complaint was made more than 2 months ago and all carmen has to say is that my uncle has to go in AGAIN to report the issue and continuing. They never addressed the issue to be able to sumbit another request because its CONTINUINING. IT WAS NEVER ADDRESSED

Unfortunately poor management makes living there a nightmare. the administrator never shows her face. secretaries always attend. Of my 1000 dollars deposit, they only returned 59 dollars without giving me any answer as to why that value. If you miss the payment date, they charge you $ 86 per day in arrears and they never answer the phone.

Honestly this place needs a lot of work. At first the front office seemed nice but a month into my stay I was harassed to fill out a missing paperwork that the office girl forgot to have me sign. They gave me a hard time with my service dog still to this day! I went a whole 8 days with NO AC my apartment was 85° all week! I emailed and called for days. They never offered to bring fans or portable AC I had to buy my own and even leave to sleep somewhere else because the heat became unbearable! and no one came out until the 8th day only because I contacted corporate. I have to say I had to give it 1 star because if not I wouldn't be able to share this review.
My Mother was able this week to move out of this nightmare of a place, they treat people like dirt. The place is the dirtiest complex We have ever had the displesure to deal with. It has an infestation of roaches and the management knows it and does not do anything about it. Maintenance service is service al complexes provide to residence but this places service is so lacking is almost nonexistent. Im so greatfull to God I was able to get my Mother out of there
