After living in a close by neighborhood for over twenty years I recently sold my home and had no idea what to expect from apartment living. Lauren the property mgr and crew have been amazing, I was worried about missing having a community feeling and neighbors. Not the case. Lauren, remembers my name (no idea how she does that) and has been so warm and accommodating. Everyone else on her crew has been just as impressive.

Everyone on the staff are very friendly and helpful. Response to the few maintenance issues I’ve had in my six months have been quick and efficient. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition.

What fabulous customer service from Monica and Lauren! We arrived in San Diego with no apartment and a uHaul full of belongings; and you saved us! Monica Lampaya at the Windsor is so sweet and helpful for my leasing. It's one of the best rental experience I have, not mention that was during all the super tight rental market. She and the whole Aviara team treat us tenants as family, I feel so good lived there. Definitely consider them again, or recommend to friends!

I hope I checked 5 stars because I’ve lived here 2-3 years and intentionally have not written a review albeit I finally KNOW the time is right. I won’t write accolades unless deserved and it finally is. I found the Hope Diamond ( that Jewel of the Nile) in Lauren O. . Lauren is empathetic, listens, and oh you can trust her 110% to always try/do her best. She is phenomenal, understanding, competent, not-just-sign-on-the dot soul. I cannot say enough great things about this complex but especially about the staff that run things so smoothly and go above and beyond to care for their renters. I am a new resident and I have to say that out of all of my apartment moves this place has been one of the smoothest moves I have made Lauren, Paula, and Christine the rest of the staff made me and my cats feel so welcomed! They put together the most thoughtful welcome gifts together! The entire property is very well kept and the neighbors have been friendly. The Jacuzzi is also on point always good temp and jet power! My family and I have really enjoyed living in the Windsor at Aviara community. The location of this complex is ideal to be close to parks, the beach, the I-5 highway, stores and more. The property is well-maintained and landscaped. The staff here has felt like a family. Lauren, the property manager was welcoming and responsive from the first time we reached out. Our maintenance requests have always been address promptly and the team in the office has been more than helpful. We are going to miss everyone.
