I have been working with Bennett Management Company since March this year, and my entire experience has been very positive. Me and my roommate were looking for an apartment to live in after being in the dorms, and once we toured the apartment we picked managed by BMC, we knew it was the right place. The building and unit were clean, safe, and comfortable, and the rent is such a good value for a beautiful place—with a view—close to campus. Jessica, is Amazing at what she does. I can hardly remember to tie both shoes in the morning, yet Jessica remains on top of all the properties and tenants she manages. Jessica and the Team respond quickly to requests and remain both professional and personable in communications.

If I could give a negative star count I would. While Terraces at the Pavilion was a nice place to live for five years I cannot say ANYTHING good about the management company (Bennett Management). We had an incident where the next door neighbor’s pipes broke during the winter and flooded our condo. Bennett Management and in particular Diane Sollinger was not only not helpful but lied to us numerous times. She tried to dictate who we could have clean up the water and mess, who we could hire to make the extensive repairs and who it was that would be responsible for paying for the damages. She and

Better than most. I found Bennett Property Management to be more organized than other agencies we have rented from. They are open to suggestions for improvement (created a night drop box for checks when I suggested it) and prompt with repairs. Staff is friendly and remember my name. Overall I am quite pleased.
