I had a problem with the toilet. The lid fell inside of the tank, the tank cracked, the water flowed out. This happened on a Tuesday, the toilet was promptly replaced the next day, Wednesday. Oh joy!

I’ve been living in the complex for more than 9 years. New management company will respond to repair requests in a timely manner most times. The company however does next to nothing with keeping the grounds free of trash and debris as it once did before Star Property took over for the owner. Company does enough to stay in compliance with city and state residential laws. My biggest complaint besides the lack of grounds cleaning maintenance is the loud noise disturbances from neighbors. I have written to management many times over the years about loud neighbors and loud music playing but nothing

They are very efficient and Everytime a problem arises in my apartment.,they come out quickly. John from Apollo is great and efficient. He is a very nice guy. I would highly recommend him.

The only people to rent from. Gayle and Darlene and crew are always responsive and very very informative before during and after process. The home we moved into was sadly abused by prior Tennant they rehabbed the property and it was wonderful to move into as with any place there were things that were missed as the only way they would of noticed was by living there all of our items were quickly addressed on two occasions they replaced with brand new items and quickly I absolutely cannot say enough good about these people they truly care about making sure the Tennant and owner are mutually happy

Moved into a property managed by Star they carefully cleaned painted new carpet property was done earlier than move in they allowed us to go in early. We had a few issues they were unaware of they quickly resolved and did not take the cheap fix two appliances were replaced and top notch electrical contractor. Not a doubt they care about there customers. Gale is awesome she responds she cares she listens and Darlene makes decisions to make sure both owner and Tennant are happy very very pleased with all they do

Move-in experience was smooth and stress-free. Management were quick to respond to questions via both email and phone. Shout-out to Gail especially, who was very patient with me and took the time to explain a lot of things in depth that were very confusing for a first time renter like me.

Let's see.... I'll do a pros & cons of renting from this management co:
Pros: You'll have shelter. The cost is not bad considering the cost of other properties in Baltimore. & the size of the place I rented was good for an individual, perhaps a couple.
Cons: The property manager will NOT inform you that they lease part of the property to a church, which in the grand scheme of life is cool, just not under my head. So be prepared to be awakened Sunday mornings around 9:00-10:00 and the sound will be as though they're in your home. Not kidding, I wish I could include a sound bite. Be prepared for

The worst experience I have ever had renting in Baltimore. Complete lack of care and professionalism. Darlene does not care about you or your apartment. We have been dealing with a leak in our ceiling since August, the roof was replaced in February, and continued to leak after repairs. Roofers had to come out again to refix it. During that time, our ceiling in the kitchen fell, with dirt and who knows what else everywhere. They put a board up and it still hasn't been addressed a month later. The areas where the ceiling leaked are still not addressed despite Darlene stating "Its an easy fix." I

So, i'll be honest with my experience thus far. i've lived in the property for a year now, having taken over a friend's lease on short notice. the apartment has been pretty poorly maintained as i imagine many of these older baltimore townhomes-turned-apartments may be, but that does cause apprehension when it comes to the return of my security deposit. walls are cracked, visible water damage, ceilings leak during heavy storms (and over a week has gone by without efforts to fix it), there are inch-tall holes in the walls where they meet the floor in places, cracks in the shower and around the tub

One word - RUN. Unless you have absolutely zero standards for where you live and enjoy dealing with rude people.
When we visited the apartment, Sheila was instantly rude and completely lacked customer service skills, but my husband and I were so tired of looking at apartments that we signed a lease with them anyway.
