Delmar Events is a boutique event planning company based in Los Angeles, California that specializes in planning and coordinating all types of weddings and events. Not only do we go above and beyond for our clients, but we employ hardworking and compassionate people who care about making sure that the service we provide is second to none.

Services
Available up to four weeks ahead from wedding date for a basic level of service coordination. This package was created for couples who have done all of the legwork for their wedding but need someone to distribute final information to vendors, facilitate the rehearsal, and show up on the wedding day to make sure everything runs smooth!

We are so happy that we hired Heather as our wedding planner. Because of COVID-19, our planning process was complicated. Heather was supportive and helpful throughout it all. She is extremely organized and thinks of everything. She was quick to respond anytime we had a question or needed to talk through something. I was so relieved when she came on board and took over our vendor communications, timeline creation and all the other details she handled. My whole family loved working with her and commented on how great she was. I am going to recommend her to every LA bride I know from now on!

Heather is a gift to couples. From our first meeting, through post-wedding follow-up, Heather far exceeded our expectations.

I'm not sure what we did to deserve Heather! Talk about someone being meant for a profession. She puts her heart and soul into making sure couples have everything they need for an amazing wedding day. Every interaction was not only easy but enjoyable. Planning a wedding is really hard and if you don't have the right help it can take the shine off the event.
We chose Heather to help us through this bamboozling experience and it was the smartest decision we made. With a wedding planner, you assume they are going to be highly efficient and organized and Heather is the epitome of each but here are a bunch of reasons why I think she is a cut above the rest.

Heather and her team were by far the best money spent on our wedding, if not ever (and that is not an insincere exaggeration). When we first started this journey my husband was skeptical of the need for a coordinator, but by the end he wasn't sure how we would have done it without her. I host multiple weddings at my house in Malibu every year, so have had the chance to work with many different event planners. This weekend we had a 180 person wedding and it was my first time working with Heather. She is absolutely the best ever in every way possible:

If I was allowed to give more than 5 stars I would, no amount of stars can tell you how amazing Heather and her team are. From the moment my husband and I met Heather we automatically felt that comfortable, trusting connection with her. Hands down, THE BEST wedding planner EVER!!
Yes, I've only been married once and have only worked with one planner, but I've been to many weddings and you can tell by the series of events that occur at the wedding and the look on the bride's face how well the wedding planner is doing her job.

We got married at the Beverly Hills Hotel and I was referred to Heather by the hotel wedding coordinator. Heather had worked at BHH for a number of years so I knew she was familiar with the hotel but I didn't know what she was like as a wedding planner.

Heather is the BEST!!!! As a bride, you stress about everything being ready before the big day and being correctly executed on the big day.
