University Square is conveniently located just off of Milton Road, near Northern Arizona University, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping establishments. Below are some of our favorites! Every month our Apartment Life Team hosts FREE resident events - it's a great way to meet your neighbors and to enjoy our community!
Call, stop by the office, email, or put in a service request through the online Resident Portal. Yes, with a minimum 3 month lease term when available and with an additional charge of $620-$720 per month. Once all information needed to process the application has been received, final processing generally takes about 48 hours.

University Square is a great place to live! I love the close proximity to NAU, grocery stores, and local shops. They have a wonderful CARES team, who host regular events for residents, good management, and are prompt in addressing maintenance issues. We live in a two bedroom and we really enjoy the open floor plan for hosting.

I've really enjoyed living here. The location is amazing for NAU students and the apartments are very nice. The maintenance is a little slow and they are strict about what items we are allowed to store on our front porch. But for apartments of this quality and this close to campus, you probably won't find anything more affordable.

While at University Square I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. The rent was very well priced and the space plenty for a college student. Moreover, the maintenance team at the complex responded to maintenance requests very quickly and kindly making any inconveniences less stressful. Whenever an issue did arise whether it was rent, mail, or anything of such nature, the office staff was very compassionate and efficient with their assistance. All in all, a one of a kind apartment at a great price.

I actually really enjoy this apartment complex. It’s small but it feels super homey and the complex is always clean and pretty. The staff is always friendly and is always ready to listen to any complaints or answer questions. It’s a nice place for college students to live and it’s close to campus. :)
