Chris is awesome. He repaired the closet door issue, asked if I had any others.
I really hope the staff is recognized for the work they do on site.

The staff here are SO helpful & accommodating, especially in comparison to where I've lived before. I had a bunch of questions recently, but their employees Cody and Madison were extremely helpful and patient with me.
Overall, I've always loved living at Aspen Leaf! As a student at NAU, I love how close it is to campus & downtown, the friendly community, & all the amenities they offer to residents.

The new property manager, Cody, is absolutely amazing. My roommate and I got stuck with an atrocious apartment last year by the previous property manager. When we moved out, nearly $600 in damages were sent to a collections agency. I contacted Cody and showed him documentation of our apartment upon move in and he was beyond helpful in contacting the collections company and getting the charges removed. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I don’t know what the condition of the complex is like anymore. I do know that Cody replaced the laundry room and mailboxes since we left so it’s

We been having problems with management and front office due to rent payment and maintenance issues, (we can’t get help our hold of anyone) but not answering a call we placed to the office over and over again. Manager is not friendly our helpful, if he was helpful He would where a mask and frankly tell you how they would help you, our ask you to do something. A welcome feeling is not what this complex is doing right now, with the office closed and no communication I’ll never want to stay at these apts again.

I lived here for two years while attending NAU. Overall, Aspen Leaf was a pretty good place. If you want convenience and don't mind paying more to live in a relatively older complex, I recommend checking it out.
Pros:
-Nearby campus and downtown
-Quiet community
-Good maintenance response time
-Spacious bedrooms
-Nearly soundproof walls
-Grounds are well-kept and add to the community atmosphere
-Ample number of parking spaces
-Friendly management that effectively communicates expectations
Cons:
-Dilapidated cabinets and countertops (they're getting replaced soon, I heard)
-Like most
