We find out around the first of each month what we will have for the following month when we receive our 30-day lease termination notices. As soon as the apartment that you are interested in comes available, you pay the security deposit, fill out the application and sign the six month lease.
No wild animals or half breed wild animals. We do limit the amount of pets to each apartment, so be sure to inquire on that before signing a lease. Typically, and for most apartments, we include Internet, and all utilities, except electric. The internet is not wireless, so we give you a modem, which you plug in to your computer with an ethernet cord.
